1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the official portal of **Kansyakar Education Society (KES)**. By accessing this website (including the member login portal, donations gateway, and related public services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the services.

2. Donation Policy & Exemption Expatriates

All voluntary contributions logged via our offline payment channels or online payment gateway sandbox are mapped towards rural development, cow care (Gaushalas), and smart child education programs (Kuruwan Public School).

In accordance with Indian tax laws, domestic donors must provide a valid **Permanent Account Number (PAN)** to receive tax exemption receipt benefits under **Section 80G** of the Income Tax Act, 1961. KES files Form 10BE annually with the Income Tax Department.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a registered non-profit society (Registration No: 122202312800), KES utilizes all donations directly to procure educational kits, stitch kits, and cow care fodder.

Therefore, **donations are generally non-refundable**. However, if a donor reports a technical error or duplicate debit transfer via the gateway, they can contact info@kanedusoc.org within **7 working days** of the transaction. Verified erroneous transactions will be refunded to the original payment source.

4. Code of Conduct (Volunteers & Users)

Registered volunteers and members must maintain the highest standards of integrity. Unauthorized access to beneficiary directories, student data, or database logs is strictly forbidden. Account credentials must not be shared.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the society's activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Surajpur, Chhattisgarh, India**.
